This is a 8 nights/9 days programme with 3 nights camping. (1 night in Cochin, 1 night in Munnar, 3 nights camping, 1 night in Periyar, 1 night in Kumarakom, 1 night in Houseboat)

In this Kerala trekking tour, you can see the glimpse of the highest peak in South India, the highest tea growing estate in the world and also see one of the oldest Tea Factory.

Moderate to challenging trek. Altitude range from 1500m to 2600m.

Day 03	Munnar Trekking starts from today Morning after the breakfast transfer to Yellapatty (30 kms/1.15 hrs drive). Around 1100 hrs start trekking from Yellapatty thru Tea Plantations, Scrub jungle, Shola forest, Kurinji Strobilanthes Kunthiana. Enroute stop for lunch. Total 4 to 5 hrs trek (distance 6 kms) Overnight Camp at Clouds Valley at 2060 mtrs. near Korangani village. (Today�s trek ascending Altitude 1840m to 2160m)	Tented Camp
Day 04	Korangani - Bottam Station (trekking distance 11-12 kms). Trek starts at 9 a.m. 7 hrs trek-Descend trek, thru Kurinji, scrub jungle, cotton trees, Sambalar falls Overnight stay at the Camp at Bottom Station (700 Mtrs.) (Today-s trek descending Altitude 2160m-1540m-700m)	Tented Camp
Day 05	Bottam Station - Kolukkumala (trekking distance 8-9 kms) Trek starts at 9 a.m. 8 hrs - Ascending trek thru grassy hills, tea plantations Camp at Kolukkumala - Worlds highest tea growing estate 2530 Mtrs (7900 ft) MSL. Stay overnight at the Camp. (Todays trek ascending Altitude 700m-1540m-2530m)	Tented Camp
Day 06	Kolukkumala-(3 kms trek) + drive to Periyar (3 hrs) Trek starts at 9.30 a.m. 2 to 3 hrs trek thru tea plantations tour, Tea & Snacks at Surianelli. Then transfer to Periyar/Thekkady, on arrival check in at hotel.	Medium- Grand Thekkady Deluxe- Hotel Treetop
Day 07	Periyar -Kumarakom Backwaters Morning jungle walk in Periyar National Park to watch the wildlife. Then transfer to Kumarakom (4.30 hrs drive), on arrival check in at hotel.	Medium-Cocobay Resort Deluxe-Abad Whispering Palm
Day 08	Houseboat At noon check-in to the Houseboat. Rest of the day cruise on the backwaters of Kerala	Ac Deluxe Houseboat
