General Terms & Conditions for Car Rental in Kerala:
The driver/vehicle is provided as per the confirmed/pre-agreed program and not given at the disposal.
If you use the vehicle beyond the agreed total allowed kms, you have to pay extra km charges to our driver directly. Our garage is in the Kochi city, total kms will be calculated from Kochi city to Kochi city.
Please check and note down your starting kms at the start of your Kerala trip and driver will close the kms when he drops you at the final destination point. If you have any confusion about the kms, you have to clear with the driver then & there at any point of your travel, not at the end of the trip. This will avoid unnecessary arguments with the driver at the time of settling the final payment.
If your hotels do not provide the parking/toilet facilities and food to the driver, he will have to go to the nearby place where he gets such facilities in reasonable rates and those km will be added to your trip. This is the general practice.
Driver tip is not included, which you can consider as per your satisfaction.
Smoking, liquor, and pan masala are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle
Our Kerala Taxi Rates does not include: – Passenger entry fees at sightseeing spots, Personal expenses (porterage, laundry, telephone calls, mineral water, etc.), Optional activities mentioned in the itinerary, Shopping mall parking charges, Any additional costs arising due to natural calamities, landslides, roadblocks, strikes, etc.
In case of poor road conditions, traffic jams, safer alternative routes will be taken by the driver.
In case of vehicle breakdown, an alternative cab will be arranged without extra cost.
A/C usage while parked is limited to maximum 10 minutes only
Service time: 8AM – 7PM. Extra charges of ₹200/- per hour applicable before or after these hours
Time restrictions are not applicable for early morning pick-up or early departures & inter-city transfers.
Additional cleaning/repair charges apply for vomiting, interior stains, or damage.
Midnight driving is allowed only in emergency situations.
